Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology management, or business
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology evaluation, healthcare technology, or consulting
- Proficiency in financial modeling and ROI analysis
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Experience managing projects involving multi-site implementations
- Ability to travel out of area and overnight when required
- Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and credential verification

Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of healthcare and operational technologies
- Develop detailed ROI models and business cases for technology implementations
- Lead vendor selection process including RFP development and contract negotiation
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies relevant to senior living sector
- Design and manage 3-5 technology pilots annually across multiple facilities
- Coordinate pilot implementation with facility operators, WT, and vendor teams
- Track pilot performance metrics and success criteria
- Develop scaling strategies for successful pilot programs
- Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and industry partners
- Coordinate with internal teams including IT, operations, facilities, and procurement
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance expectations
- Facilitate vendor presentations to executive leadership and investment committee
- Create standardized technology evaluation frameworks and decision criteria
- Develop implementation playbooks and best practices documentation
- Establish change management protocols for technology adoption
- Maintain technology inventory and performance tracking systems
- Supervise Technology Analysts and Implementation Project Manager
- Provide training and mentorship on evaluation methodologies and industry knowledge
- Coordinate team project assignments and resource allocation
- Support hiring and onboarding of additional team members
