Job Requirements
- Associate degree in the relevant technical field or B.S in Food Science or equivalent technical field
- Knowledge of common food processes and food ingredients, and microbiological knowledge
- Prior pilot plant experience and basic knowledge of process protocols
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience handling technical information
- Demonstrated attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other platforms
- Team-oriented, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Innovative, enthusiastic, and motivated to grow
- Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic environments
- Highly organized and detail-focused, able to multitask
- Customer-focused with a creative mindset

Job Qualifications

- Experience handling technical information such as food formulations, food processing specifications, pilot plant procedures, GMP, HACCP
- Demonstrated attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other platforms as needed
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dairy processing equipment in the pilot plant
- Support technical trials and troubleshoot process issues
- Ensure food safety through GMP, HACCP, and microbiological testing
- Document processes and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to innovation projects
- Become certified on key equipment and serve as a backup trainer
- Drive continuous improvement and support plant operations
