Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 7+ years of experience
  • professional communication verbal and digital
  • interpersonal, organizational, and teamworking skills
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • adapt to shifting priorities
  • servant-hearted approach with positive attitude and high sense of urgency
  • attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • ability to provide constructive feedback
  • physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
  • forward thinking, proactive, takes initiative

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality and food management or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 10+ years of experience preferred
  • ServSafe or similar credentials preferred
  • experience working within a Chick-fil-A store preferred
  • experience working with health department for regular inspections preferred
  • familiarity with equipment maintenance preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist with or lead food service strategy to ensure safety, efficiency, and service quality across all campuses
  • develop, lead and encourage all reporting staff including biannual performance reviews and goal setting
  • develop and implement operational strategies to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality across all campus services
  • oversee the Quality Control and Assurance Specialist’s work to maintain consistent quality standards across campuses
  • serve as escalation point to resolve issues, uphold service quality, and drive continuous improvements
  • collaborate with partners across business and Chick-fil-A entities to identify improvement opportunities
  • assist with or lead selection and oversight of outside partners including financial and budgetary management
