Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5 years of communications experience or 3 years with a Master-level degree
- experience in employee and executive communications
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong problem solving and organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- ability to work in an in-office role
- no relocation assistance available

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience developing and deploying communications practices or 3 years with Master’s degree
- proven experience in employee, executive and broader communications disciplines
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- experience producing omni-channel editorial content
- proficiency in Associated Press Style
- familiarity with website content management systems including SharePoint

- Lead employee communications for a division
- drive creation and execution of communication strategies
- serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders
- develop compelling content including talking points, speeches, and video scripts
- conceptualize and produce diverse inspirational content
- amplify stories across multiple channels
- collect and analyze communication data
