Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years hotel guest service experience
- supervisory experience preferred
- valid TB clearance
- ability to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission Card
- current driver's license with no moving violations in last three years
- minimum two years driving experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and holidays
- ability to work minimum 50 hours per week
- ability to travel for business and training
- proficiency with Infor HMS, HotSos, Microsoft Office, OnTrack, Dayforce, Birchstreet, Micrometrics, Saflok
- ability to use office equipment
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- grooming to Prince Look Policy standards
- ability to communicate proficiently in English
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years hotel guest service experience
- supervisory experience preferred
- ability to present valid TB clearance
- ability to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission Card
- current driver's license with clean driving abstract
- minimum two years driving experience
- proficiency in English
- ability to communicate effectively and lead a department
- knowledge of hotel management software
- ability to work flexible shifts
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- foreign language skills preferred, especially Japanese
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- supervise staff and ensure quality service
- handle guest complaints professionally
- respond to emergency situations calmly
- monitor hotel procedures compliance
- conduct hotel physical inspections
- manage front office sub-area including scheduling and training
