Job Requirements
- high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
- one plus years of experience in aircraft painting
- ability to mix and apply paint per specifications
- ability to perform paint booth maintenance
- ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- physical ability to wear personal protective equipment
- ability to work assigned shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Mix and measure paint per specifications
- review work orders and confirm correct paint and part match before painting
- clean parts according to specification
- paint parts according to specification and thickness
- maintain paint booth cleanliness and change filters
- perform post-paint inspection for appearance and proper coverage
- operate paint equipment and maintain it
- observe safety regulations including wearing protective masks and clothing during spray painting
- complete daily paint checklist
- utilize all required personal protective equipment under OSHA guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
