Job Requirements

Ability to carry or lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to travel up to 25 percent of the time
Must have or be able to obtain a deemed export control license if required
Must meet Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing requirements if conducting safety sensitive functions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate
Understanding and application of FAA regulations, aviation policy, and safety protocols
Ability to interpret flight monitoring systems or similar technical platforms
Knowledge of weather patterns and their impact on flight operations
Prior experience in aviation, drone operations, or a similar real-time monitoring role
Experience with technical or engineering record keeping methods and tools
Excellent decision-making capabilities under pressure
Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Continuously monitor the status of all active drone flights within the assigned region using state-of-the-art monitoring systems
Identify and respond to any deviations from planned flight paths or operational parameters
Ensure all drone flights comply with regulatory requirements and company safety policies
Coordinate with relevant teams to implement immediate response strategies to mitigate risks and resolve situations
Prepare and submit detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and anomalies while providing feedback to support continuous operational improvement
Maintain excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high attention to detail
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while working effectively in a high-pressure environment
Adhere strictly to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes
