Job Requirements
- minimum of three years relevant food and beverage management experience in high-volume establishments
- knowledge of wine service concepts and procedures
- ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
- strong organizational and communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in using Avero or similar reporting tools preferred

Job Duties
- oversee daily beverage service operations

- schedule and assign work to beverage service staff
- conduct regular training on product knowledge and upselling
- monitor and review staff performance
- resolve guest concerns and implement lasting resolutions
