Job Duties
- manage all components of the Primary Stroke Program
- ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards
- coordinate multidisciplinary stroke care
- drive performance improvement initiatives
- support staff education on stroke care
- monitor stroke quality metrics and conduct chart audits
- analyze data trends to improve patient outcomes
