Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed residency or fellowship commensurate with specialty
  • obtain and maintain unrestricted DEA registration
  • board certified or eligible by recognized board
  • obtain Medical Staff Privileges
  • doctorate MD or DO required
  • current and unrestricted medical license in applicable state

Job Qualifications

  • Doctorate MD or DO degree
  • board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Primary Care
  • completed residency or fellowship in relevant specialty
  • unrestricted license to practice medicine
  • DEA registration
  • ability to obtain Medical Staff Privileges
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide primary care services to patients
  • adhere to ethical standards set forth by medical associations
  • maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • collaborate with healthcare team members
  • participate in ongoing professional development
  • manage patient treatment plans
  • comply with hospital and health system policies
