Job Requirements
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to make change with all denominations of American currency
- Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to adhere to all local, state and federal health and civil code regulations
- Ability to operate required equipment such as case cutters and U-Boats
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 75 lbs
- Ability to provide customers with superior service
- Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and observe company dress code
- Ability to work with various products including fresh, dried, and processed foods without negative allergic consequences
- Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of dust and cleaning agents
- Ability to work in varying temperatures from cold to hot
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to climb ladders to retrieve items
- Ability to meet all work schedules and comply with attendance policies
- Must be 18 years or older to operate balers, hi-los, power jacks, slicing machines

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment
- Maintain all department sanitation and quality assurance standards including cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, utensils and equipment
- Check products received against invoices
- Use slicing machines and related equipment
- Prepare and replenish product for sale in any department
- Comply with all store rules, company policies, safety requirements and local, state, and federal regulations
- Provide customers with prompt, courteous, and accurate service including operating the cash register, processing payments, and giving proper change
