Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results
- physical ability to handle standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 100lbs
- familiarity with bakery equipment and OSHA sanitation standards
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- ability to work flexible hours and shifts
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age

- experience in bakery or retail food service preferred
- ability to maintain high sanitation and quality standards
- strong customer service skills
- basic financial acumen related to inventory and sales tracking
- good communication and team leadership abilities
Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation
- maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- run the bakery department in the absence of the manager
- ensure product availability, quality, and sanitary conditions
- fulfill all customer special orders
- assist in training and development of bakery associates
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- assist with inventory maintenance in storage areas
- control shrink by following policies
- perform other duties as assigned
