Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- able to work scheduled shifts including evenings
- valid driver’s license for operating golf carts
- able to perform physical tasks related to property upkeep
- reliable and punctual
- able to follow safety protocols
- good interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Inspect community for litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- complete minor and routine service requests
- assist in apartment make-ready process
- change locks and ensure pool gate safety compliance
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards and safety concerns
- demonstrate excellent customer service
- comply with safety and risk management policies
