Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Sunday to Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Previous experience in property maintenance preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and bending
- Willingness to comply with safety training and protocols
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Basic knowledge of safety and risk management protocols
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and clean
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process and maintain storage areas
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist the make-ready specialist during unit turnovers
- Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool area gates comply with safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors
- Demonstrate customer service skills by responding to resident inquiries and complaints
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings and completing training
