- Previous property maintenance or custodial experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Must comply with safety regulations

Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Complete minor and routine service requests
- Assist the make-ready specialist in turnover processes
- Change locks and ensure gates meet safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report any hazards or dangerous situations promptly
