Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to property maintenance
- Prior experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Compliance with safety and risk management policies
- Ability to handle minor service requests and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience in maintenance or property management preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards preferred
- Ability to operate golf carts and other property vehicles
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to the make-ready process
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change all locks according to property policy
- Ensure gates to pool areas comply with codes and safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to maintenance complaints
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies including attending safety meetings and training
