Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or community concierge role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate logistics

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area
  • Ensure comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait
  • Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
  • Assist with completed service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness
  • Manage loading dock and elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening
  • Manage package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and other community services
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed local area information and maintain vendor contacts
