Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Ability to greet and assist residents and prospects in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously
- Proficient with standard office equipment and software
- Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort while they wait to speak with team members
- Answers phone calls, routes calls to appropriate team members, and assists with completed service request callbacks
- Maintains the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness and manages loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening
- Manages package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other services
- Assists community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery options, and maintains contacts with concierge vendors
