Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks as necessary
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manage the loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
