- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or resident services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of local area amenities and services is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures their comfort while waiting
- Answers phone calls and routes them to appropriate team members, assisting with service request callbacks as necessary
- Maintains guest suite schedule to ensure payment and cleanliness
- Manages and coordinates loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour-ready condition prior to office opening
- Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- Assists community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Maintains detailed information on local area resources and relationships with concierge vendors
