- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of relative professional experience
- 7 years in a managerial role
- 8 years operational experience with major or regional air carrier or ground handler
- Financial acumen
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong leadership skills with solid communication and visionary mindset

Job Duties
- Provide direct oversight of United Ground Express operations including passenger assistance and station services
- Manage safety, quality, and compliance standards ensuring regulatory adherence
- Coordinate labor relations and negotiate contracts with IAM union
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement processes
- Oversee HR policies, compensation, benefits, performance management, and recruiting efforts
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships with union leaders, vendors, and corporate partners
- Drive operational goals, vendor relations, and government regulatory interfaces
