Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
- proven track record in managing multi-profit center resort operations
- extensive experience liaising with ownership groups and brand partners
- strong financial expertise with focus on EBITDA and expense management
- ability to travel as required for property visits and industry events
- capacity to work in a remote environment with periodic in-office presence
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in hotel or hospitality management
- demonstrated success in multi-brand portfolio management
- strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- experience with property development, acquisitions, and operational scaling
Job Duties
- Demonstrate the Golden Rule in all actions and communications
- lead the strategic direction and operational execution of SR Hotel Management
- drive growth through new property acquisitions, brand partnerships, and market expansion
- foster strong relationships with brand partners to ensure alignment and excellence in brand standards
- oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting across the portfolio
- champion a culture of service, innovation, and accountability
- represent the company to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners
- communicate effectively with ownership groups and executive leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
