Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing score on aptitude test required if no diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Minimum one year customer service or sales experience
- Route sales and cold calling experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- DOT medical certification
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexible and adaptable in dynamic work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing score on aptitude test in lieu of high school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience
- Route sales and cold calling experience in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- DOT medical certification
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical
- Experience with Community Coffee may fulfill requirements at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources
Job Duties
- Drive a company vehicle to deliver products, equipment, and supplies to customers
- Rotate and merchandise products for optimal accessibility and presentation
- Collect payments and make daily bank deposits
- Load and unload products and equipment, ensuring order accuracy
- Maintain and update delivery, sales, and deposit information using a handheld computer
- Clean and perform routine maintenance on company vehicles such as washing and checking oil, fluids, and tire pressure
- Communicate effectively with Presell Representatives and managers via phone, email, text, or in person
- Resolve customer concerns related to products or equipment in a timely and professional manner
- Collect empty containers, expired, unsold, or damaged merchandise according to company procedures
- May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary
