- Answering phone calls promptly and courteously

- Checking in and out members and guests efficiently
- Assisting with basic office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Collecting program payments
- Attending paid trainings and meetings to learn new skills
- Adapting to changing situations with a positive outlook
- Providing excellent customer service and communication
