Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Read, write, and speak English
- Submit current AZ Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to start date
- Must be able to travel to various centers as needed using personal or company-owned vehicle
- Provide proof of immunizations including MMR, Tdap, and tuberculosis assessment
- Able to pass company-paid physical examination
- Able to pass criminal background check
- Must prove right to work in the USA by providing documents to complete Federal Form I-9
- Possess or have ability to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR certification including infants and children
- Possess or have ability to obtain and maintain Food Handlers Certificate issued by Arizona health department
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Substitute in classroom, kitchen or custodial roles when a team member is absent
- Follow teacher’s lead to implement daily routines, curriculum, food service, and safety practices
- Support children’s skill development through individual and small-group activities
- Foster positive teacher-child and child-child interactions
- Build children’s awareness of health and safety rules and supervise actively
- Participate in parent involvement activities including home visits and meetings
- Prepare meals, maintain kitchen sanitation, and follow food service policies
- Clean facility according to daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and report maintenance needs
- Assist with recordkeeping, inventory management, and reporting as assigned
- Participate in center staff meetings, support family recruitment, and assist in volunteer supervision
- Provide bilingual support if applicable
- Maintain professional behavior and uphold child safety standards at all times
