- meets all state preschool cook requirements
- 1 year of experience in food planning, preparation, and service following USDA guidelines
- preferred current Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Create nutritious, kid-approved meals and snacks
- keep the kitchen organized and manage food and supply storage
- serve meals to classrooms ensuring children are fueled for learning and play
- handle dishes and maintain a spotless, efficient kitchen system
- pitch in with extra tasks like laundry, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing toys
- bring energy and enthusiasm to a role that involves some lifting
