Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a school or childcare setting
- Ability to meet state specific requirements for Safe-Serv and food service operations
- Strong understanding of food safety, nutrition, and kitchen sanitation practices
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be dependable, organized, and passionate about serving children

Job Duties
- Create menus, order food, prepare meals and deliver meals to other locations
- Order products on a regular schedule to eliminate out of stock items such as food, paper goods, cleaning supplies and snacks, as well as process inventory of all kitchen items
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including all food preparation areas, food containers, refrigerators, and freezers
- Maintain the highest level of sanitation and be responsible for the inspection with the health department
- Other duties, as assigned
