Job Requirements
- Must meet company driver qualifications and possess a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age for state and local regulation compliance
- Candidate should exhibit leadership and strong work ethic skills
- Available to work weekends and holidays when required
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Ability to stay flexible in an ever-changing environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
- Familiarity with delivery, sales, and territory responsibilities
- Leadership and strong work ethic skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information and respond effectively to questions from management, customers, and employees
- Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages

Job Duties
- Travel through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and new business
- Prepare sales contracts and interface with customers on location or by phone
- Take leading role with contract negotiations, closing sales, and developing marketing plans for contract accounts
- Safely and competently operate route vehicle, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
- Coordinate and lead sales meetings including agenda preparation
- Ensure all Admiral Beverage brands and packages are rotated on a first-in, first-out basis per supplier requirements
- Establish good customer rapport through professional selling approaches
