Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in auto body refinishing or related field
- Ability to apply primers, sealers, and paint coatings
- Knowledge of vehicle masking and surface preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in ongoing industry training
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications

- Experience in auto body refinishing or painting preferred
- Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming
- Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats
- Perform anti-corrosion treatments and substrate identification
- Mix and apply paint products according to specifications
- Evaluate bodywork quality to ensure superior paint finishes
- Adhere to insurance guidelines and industry standards
- Collaborate with technicians to support repair processes
