Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in auto body refinishing and prep work preferred
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Capacity to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
  • Valid work authorization
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in auto body refinishing or preparation preferred
  • Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
  • Familiarity with collision repair processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming
  • Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats with precision
  • Assist in restoration of anti-corrosion treatments and substrate identification
  • Mix and apply paint products according to industry standards
  • Evaluate bodywork to ensure quality of paint job
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Adhere to insurance guidelines and collision repair standards
