Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous auto body prep experience preferred
- Ability to work in a physical environment requiring standing and manual tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
- Ability to work full-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in auto body refinishing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of automotive paint systems and application techniques
- Ability to perform detailed surface preparation and masking
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Surface preparation including sanding, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating
- Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats
- Complete restoration tasks including anti-corrosion treatments and substrate identification
- Mix and apply products accurately according to specifications
- Evaluate bodywork to ensure quality paint jobs
- Prepare vehicles adhering to insurance guidelines and collision repair standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
