Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in auto body refinishing preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sanding and masking
- Familiarity with safety protocols and hazardous materials handling
- Ability to work flexible hours if required
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Surface preparation including sanding and masking
- Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats
- Complete restoration of anti-corrosion treatments
- Identify substrates and mix products accurately
- Evaluate bodywork to ensure quality paint job
- Prepare vehicles according to insurance guidelines and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
