Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in auto body refinishing preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including sanding and masking
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and hazardous materials handling
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Surface preparation including sanding and masking
  • Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats
  • Complete restoration of anti-corrosion treatments
  • Identify substrates and mix products accurately
  • Evaluate bodywork to ensure quality paint job
  • Prepare vehicles according to insurance guidelines and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
