Job Requirements
- Must have knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Must be able to follow recipes accurately and work independently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid Food Handlers Certification is mandatory
- Ability to learn restaurant POS software including Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- Prior kitchen experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to work late nights and unpredictable hours
- Must tolerate exposure to heat, steam, and cold in kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least eighteen years old
Job Duties
- Assist in preparation of food items by accurately measuring and weighing ingredients
- Cutting and chopping vegetables
- Marinating meats
- Following recipes and portion guidelines
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked pantry by receiving and inspecting deliveries
- Rotating stock
- Properly storing ingredients
- Notifying personnel when supplies need replenishment
- Ensure all necessary equipment, utensils, and supplies are set up and ready for use
- Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils
- Follow food safety guidelines
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report shortages
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication
- Coordinate timing with other kitchen stations
- Maintain high-quality food by following standard recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines
- Comply with health and safety regulations including proper food handling and labeling
- Assist in various kitchen duties including line cooking during busy periods
- Perform other related duties as assigned
