Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of food items by measuring, weighing, cutting, and chopping ingredients
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked pantry by receiving and inspecting deliveries, rotating stock, and properly storing ingredients
  • Ensure all necessary equipment, utensils, and supplies are set up and ready for use
  • Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report shortages
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely dish preparation
  • Maintain quality control by following standard recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines
