Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Utah Food Handler's Permit
- Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Set up and stock the kitchen and prep stations before and during service
- Prepare basic components of menu items, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and making sauces
- Follow instructions and recipes provided by the kitchen manager and head chef
- Ensure all food prep and storage areas comply with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, including proper handling of leftovers and waste
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes alongside the kitchen team during service
