- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Utah Food Handler's Permit
- solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices

Job Duties
- Set up and stock the kitchen and prep stations before and during service
- prepare basic components of menu items, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and making sauces
- follow instructions and recipes provided by the kitchen manager and head chef
- ensure all food prep and storage areas comply with health and safety regulations
- maintain cleanliness of prep areas, including proper handling of leftovers and waste
- monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- assist in cooking and plating dishes alongside the kitchen team during service
