- must obtain New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
- food service or baking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Collaborates with restaurant operations team and upper leadership team
- must obtain a New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
- protects organization's value by keeping company information confidential
- provides excellent internal and external customer service
- works flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays as needed
- multi-tasks and quickly prioritizes tasks
- drives food safety and applies baking experience
- preps ingredients and assembles baked goods according to restaurant recipes and specifications
- reviews production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
- shapes dough by hand or using equipment
- preps food as directed by Kitchen Manager
- cuts and weighs dough into uniform portions
- bakes and inspects products for quality
- applies glazes, icings, or toppings
- operates large-volume cooking equipment
- reads order slips or receives verbal instructions
- verifies prepared baked goods meet quality and quantity standards
- cleans, stocks and restocks workstations and display cases
- maintains safety-sensitive position standards
- performs other assigned duties
