- capable of maintaining quality and safety standards
- food handler certification preferred but not mandatory

- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- preparing fresh food items daily according to recipes
- maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the prepared foods area
- wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise properly
- managing inventory and ensuring quality control by checking expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality products
- assisting customers with bakery orders and other inquiries
- using digital tools to enhance sales and operational efficiency
- collaborating with team members and providing training and support as needed
