Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items following recipes and specifications
- wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and sales areas
- manage inventory by verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality products
- operate and sanitize food preparation equipment
- provide friendly and knowledgeable member service including help with bakery orders
- utilize digital tools and handheld technology to manage production, training, and product quality
- stock and rotate merchandise following quality and date control standards
- drive performance for the prepared foods area
- ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
