Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- able to complete all job required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period
- availability to adapt to different work scenarios and shifts
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

- adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or fresh food preparation
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to follow recipes and production specifications
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- familiarity with digital tools and technology for business operations
- food handler certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area
- ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- maintaining the sales floor by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- utilizing handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions
