Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to complete all job required trainings and assessments successfully
- willing to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace policy
- capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to food preparation
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- able to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food service or fresh food preparation
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- familiarity with inventory management and food storage practices
- comfortable using digital tools and technology to support work processes
Job Duties
- prepare fresh food items following recipes
- prepare and serve ready-to-eat food including rotisserie chicken
- properly wrap, label, and store merchandise
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the prepared foods area
- rotate stock, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality products
- operate and sanitize food preparation equipment
- assist members with bakery orders and other inquiries
- collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- adhere to food safety standards and temperature controls
- utilize digital tools and handheld technology to improve operations
- stock and organize merchandise
- reduce waste and ensure inventory accuracy
- comply with company policies and procedures
