Job Duties
- ensuring high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- maintain the sales floor according to company policies including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate associates on tools and resources
- utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve customer experience
- stock and rotate merchandise ensuring quality and date control
- assist customers according to company policies and procedures
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
