- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- legal right to work in the United States

Job Duties
- ensuring high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- maintaining the sales floor according to company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicating effectively with team members and being flexible to work in other areas
- preparing food according to item specifications and planning mass productions
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- managing performance of area, stocking and rotating merchandise, eliminating waste
- providing excellent customer service and assisting customers according to company policies
- complying with company policies, ethical standards using Open Door Policy
- completing work assignments coordinating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners, and adapting to change and feedback
