Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Experience working with fresh food preferred
- Food handler certification is a plus
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work scenarios
- Successful completion of all required job training and assessments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or fresh food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily according to recipes
- Ensure rotisserie chicken and prepared meals are always warm and ready
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- Maintain clean and sanitized work and sales floor areas
- Manage temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment used in food preparation
- Assist members with bakery orders and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate and educate team members on tools and procedures
- Utilize handheld technology to enhance production and quality
- Stock and rotate merchandise to meet quality standards
- Drive performance of the prepared foods area following company policies
