Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- maintain the sales floor according to company policies including handling claims and returns, zoning, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- utilize digital tools for sales, production decisions, training, and product quality with a member-focused approach
