Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing for extended periods and handling food products
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to business needs
Job Qualifications
- Food service experience
- Food handler certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to changing work scenarios
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Maintaining the sales floor by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Utilizing handheld technology to make immediate business decisions regarding production, training, and product quality
