Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
- Willingness to adhere to company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation or food service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare food according to item specifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- Ensuring shelves are clean maintaining temperature control verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Maintaining the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns zoning the area arranging and organizing merchandise and identifying shrink and damages
- Maintaining a clean sanitized and member-ready area
- Collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates on tools tasks and resources
- Utilizing digital tools to drive sales improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement
