Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all job-required training and assessments within prescribed time
- Commitment to comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- Physical ability to perform duties involving food preparation and handling
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or fresh food preparation
- Food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with digital tools for business operations
- Adaptability to changing work scenarios and multi-tasking
Job Duties
- Preparing fresh food items daily following recipes
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Properly wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise
- Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the prepared foods area
- Verifying expiration dates, maintaining temperature control, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams
- Utilizing digital tools to drive sales, production planning, and quality control
