Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

- Physical ability to perform duties including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights
Job Qualifications
- Food service experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow recipes and preparation guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory management
- Ability to operate and sanitize food preparation equipment
- Experience working within a team environment
- Adaptability to changing work scenarios
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Maintaining the Sales Floor according to company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Utilizing handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality
