Job Qualifications

- Food Handler Certification preferred

- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Experience operating and sanitizing food equipment
- Basic technology proficiency and willingness to learn new tools
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Maintain the sales floor per company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Utilize handheld technology to support business decisions related to production, training, and product quality
- Manage stocking, rotating merchandise, and controlling waste
- Guide peers and provide attention to customer needs
- Execute high-quality service and product standards
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
